Facility Rental Guidelines and Fees:

1.   A deposit of $100 for each building is necessary to reserve the desired date

      and time for the wedding, however, the deposit is applied to the rental cost. 


     Checks should be made payable to Church of the Oaks.    


     The deposit is non-refundable.

2.   Rice may not be used.  Birdseed and bubbles are allowed, but only OUTSIDE

      of the Church or the Fellowship Hall.  Use restraint and be aware of the danger

      of slipping on the stairs, when exiting the church.


3.   The church seats up to 70 people..  


4.   No tape of any kind is allowed on the pews.  Special hooks for hanging bows or flowers are available. 

5.   Fees:    $1000 for use of the church 
                  $1000 for use of the Fellowship Hall for the reception

                  Refundable Cash Cleaning Deposit: $_____________ 
     

      These fees are to be paid at the rehearsal or earlier by arrangement.


      Church Ministers are available to officiate. Cost shall be negotiated with minister.
 

     The church pianist is available for a nominal fee.

      Use of church piano is allowed, as long as an accomplished pianist is provided. 

6.   Insurance guidelines, as outlined in the Facility Use Agreement, must be followed.
